I was on a call with some career center directors today from a school that everyones heard of and we spent too much time talking about how LinkedIn has decreased in value for people who want to network. WHAT? Thats what they were set up for in the first place! To help people network! Things have changed.  Networking is harder on LinkedIn.  And people have noticed, and they are tired of it. This limit is one more thing that makes me think okay, if I cant find it on LinkedIn, Im going to go somewhere else.  Which is exactly what Ive been hearing from recruiters they are going somewhere else.
